National Holistic Counseling

Reaching the Highest Potential

Specialization

I utilize holistic approach that is a unique blend of cognitive behavioral therapy, depth psychology, positive psychology, Eastern philosophy principles, and quantum mechanics principles to counseling and coaching.  I researched on applying quantum mechanics principles to counseling as a part of my doctoral dissertation.

My specialty is in working with men and women with low self-esteem.  Low self-esteem can produce a lot of different emotional issues. I mostly work with adults seeking help and assistance for depression, anxiety, anger, relationship issues, stress, postpartum depression, and life transitions.  I also work with individuals who have been diagnosed with serious medical condition (cardiac arrest, diabetes, breast cancer, etc.) to help them deal with lifestyle changes and for mental and psychological support.  My other specialty is in applying holistic approach to work through these issues to bring healing.  I combine mind, body, and soul to my work with clients.  I challenge my clients to look at their values and core beliefs, which are malfunctioning to their mental and physical health.  Then I work with my clients to transform those malfunctioning beliefs into well functioning healthy beliefs to raise their self-esteem and self-worth, which brings healing.  My clients learn how to use these techniques on their own for continued success, growth, and development. With my expertise in holistic approach, I specialize in addressing the following issues:

  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Anger
  • Low Self-esteem
  • Stress Management
  • Life transitions
  • Relationship issues
  • Postpartum depression
  • Coping with medical conditions (e.g. diabetes)
  • Spirituality

I do offer Coaching Services for clients as well who are choosing to reconnect with inner self and improve quality of life as part of bettering the human experience. Please check out Living Excellence Today for more details.
